photo 3I grabbed my lovely blender and added the following:
Serving Size :: 1 Person – 160 Cal
0.5 cup Chobani Greek Yogurt – 95 cal
4 strawberries – 25 cal
1 tbsp granola – 25 cal
0.5 tbsp ground flax seed – 15 cal
0.5 cup water

I heated up my skillet and sprayed my favorite ZERO cal cooking spray and first grilled:
0.25 cup mushroom – 3 cal
0.5 cup spinach – 4 cal
Then I removed it and mixed it in a bowl with:
2 Egg Whites – 34 cal
A pinch of sea salt & a pinch of ground pepper
Serving Size :: 1 Person – 41 Cal

**** I added 1 Pepperidge Farm Carb Style Soft 100% Whole Wheat Toast – 60 Cal ****
